Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Easy Connect Android application handles information when you use it. Easy Connect is a VPN client that connects your device to a VPN server or subscription provider selected by you.

Information we collect

Easy Connect does not include advertising, analytics, tracking SDKs, or account registration. The developer does not collect or sell personal information through the application.

Information stored on your device

Server profiles, subscription URLs, connection settings, and app preferences that you add are stored locally on your device. This information is used only to provide the app’s VPN and configuration features.

VPN and network connections

When you activate Easy Connect, Android’s VpnService routes device network traffic through the VPN endpoint you selected. The app connects to that endpoint using the server configuration supplied by you or your subscription provider. Easy Connect may also contact a subscription URL you provide to download or refresh server configurations.

The operators of VPN servers, subscription services, websites, and other network destinations are independent third parties. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Permissions

• VPN service: required to create the device-level VPN tunnel.
• Internet and network state: required to connect to configured servers and react to network changes.
• Notifications and foreground service: required to show that the VPN connection is active and keep it running.
• Start after device reboot: used only to support VPN service operation after system events.

Data retention and deletion

Easy Connect does not maintain a remote database of user information. You can remove locally stored server configurations from the app’s settings. Uninstalling the app removes its locally stored application data from the device, subject to Android system behaviour.

Data sharing and sale

The developer does not sell personal information and does not share app data with advertisers or data brokers. Network traffic is transmitted to the VPN endpoint and destinations selected through normal use of the VPN service.

Children’s privacy

Easy Connect is not directed to children under 13 and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the application or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
